EPR Compliance for Packaging
Make a company-wide declaration for PB Group orders

What is EPR?
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is a policy tool designed to reduce the environmental impact of packaging, by making businesses responsible for the entire life cycle of the packaging that they place on the UK market.

EPR Exemptions & Declarations
The EPR levy applies to all ‘Household Packaging’ PB Group supplies, but we can cater for exemptions to suit your organisation. We also offer the flexibility to change your exemption status for specific products or orders, as required.

Make a declaration of exemption
If you believe your organisation is exempt from PB Group charging you the EPR Household levy, you can register a company-wide declaration of exemption via this website. Once that declaration is processed:
- All of your PB Group orders will be exempt from EPR by default
- We will remove the EPR levy from all future orders, unless otherwise instructed
- We can change your default exemption status for individual orders or specific products, as required
